Founders:

Nick Stojka:

Nick has over fifteen years experience in building technology businesses that have developed complex business to business Internet based software solutions. Prior to co-founding Sertifi Inc., Nick co-founded Commerx Inc. a leading provider of web based hosted e-procurement supply chain applications, where he served as Executive Vice President. He was responsible for leading the deployment of mission critical services to leading customers. He led the company through three rounds of private equity financing and was nominated as a finalist in the 2000 Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

John Stojka:

John has over fifteen years of experience developing new technologies and markets. Prior to co-founding Sertifi, John worked with Xerox as the director of business development and then continued to a Xerox PARC spin-off company, PlaceWare. As part of the original team at PlaceWare, John helped create the one billion dollar Web conferencing market through strategic marketing partnerships. During that time PlaceWare grew on an average over 900% per year and was acquired by Microsoft. Previous experience includes developing sales channels and manufacturing facilities in Asia for a Chicago based manufacturer.
